Whistleblower Channel

At Kreston Denmark we've chosen Whistle Advisor from Legal IT ApS as our Whistleblower Channel. If you have any general questions, that you cannot find answers to on this page, you are very welcome to contact the secretariat or Legal IT ApS at info@legal-it.com.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

Once you've submitted a case, there will be a receipt displayed on the webpage. The receipt contains a link, which enables the person who has the link to track the case and submit further evidence if needed. It is possible to receive the link to your email or phone. Information regarding links and which e-mail address or phone numbers they were sent to, are never transferred to the organization you are reporting on. No log is kept of which links are sent to which phone numbers. All mails and phone numbers whom receives a link will shortly after dispatch be deleted.

You can, at any time, use your case link to see what the firm has done in the case. For example, you can track whether the case has been accepted, if the firm has any further questions, and which individual is handling the case.

You can always add further comments to your case (anonymously of course). Therefore, it is very important that you don't lose your case link or share it with others, who should not be able to comment.

If you lose your case link, you will lose your access to the submitted case- permanently. However, the case lives on within the organisation. Be aware that the case is in risk of being closed if the option of communication is closed. However, it is possible for you to submit a new case where you refer to the original case to which you have lost the link. This way, the organisation can link the two cases together, and you will be able to communicate anonymously from the new case.
